Refund & Return Policy

At MeowyGo!, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@meowygo.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@meowygo.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting a request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
